This 36ft 1976 Bluewater Marine Boatel Houseboat(with a 13ft beam) is a PROJECT BOAT and is being sold AS IS. All running gear-props, struts, etc.) are in good condition, and has two Walter V drives, but the engines need to be replaced. The boat interior has been completely removed for refinishing/remodeling. There are two helm stations-main deck and flybridge and hydraulic steering. An aluminum swim platform and ladder leading to main deck are in good condition and the flybridge has been set on the bow for transport.
